This group is for anyone who is trying to lose weight. Everyone in this group has been where you are or we are there now. We are here for support for each other on our weight loss journey's. To help each other with our journey's we have weight loss challenges. We also do video blogs and special exercise challenges, where we find some cool online workout video that is fun and we challenge you to complete it for the day for either extra points or just for extra weight loss.
